马蔺子素放射增敏治疗食管癌的疗效观察

Treatment of esophageal carcinoma with irisquinomes combined radiotherapy

目的：为了观察马蔺子素配合放射治疗食管癌的增敏疗效及其毒副反应。方法：从１９９６年６月至１９９７年６月采用马蔺子素配合放疗治疗食管癌患者３６例（增敏组）与单纯放疗组３６例（对照组），进行临床观察。结果：肿瘤消退率在增敏组为７２．２％（２６／３６）对照组为５２．８％（１９／３６），两组间差展显著（Ｐ〈０．０５），肿瘤消失时照射总剂量，在增敏组为５６．２Ｃｙ，对照组为６４．２Ｇｙ，增敏比为１．１３，临床症状改善，进食梗阻改善率，增敏组为７５％（２７／３６），对照组为５４％（２０／３６），胸背疼痛消失两组无显差异，外周白细胞低于４×１０＾９Ｌ者，增敏组为２２％（８／３６），和５９％（２１／３６），对照组为６１％（２２／３６）和４２％（１５／３６）。

Objective:To study the radiosensitive effect and the toxicity of Irisquinones (Iq 7611) combining radiotherapy in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods:36 patients of esophageal carcinoma treated with combination of Iq and RT,and 36 patients with radiotherapy alone were admitted from June 1996to June 1997.Results: In the combination group, the response rate was 72.2% (26/36), and the response rate of RT alone was 52.8(19/36) (P< 0.05). The total radiation dosage of tumor disappearance was 56.2Gy in radiosensitive group and it was 64.2Gy in the control. Enhancement ratio were 1.13. In the group, the improvement of colinical symptom and disappearance rate of obstruction was 75 % (27/36), in the control it was 54% (20/36). The disappearance of checkache and backache was no significant difference in the two groups. Leucocyte < 4 X 109 /L was 22 % (8 /36), the 1 - year, 2 ?year survival rates were 75%(27/36) and 58%(21/36)in the combinationgroup,and it were 42%(15/36), 61%(22/36) and 42%(15/ 36) in the control. Conclnsion:The study shows that combination treatment of Iq and RT can improve the response rate of tumor and short ?term survival with significant radiosensitive effect and without special toxicity. It is a worthy radiosensitizer.
