上海市静安区中心医院急诊药房退药现状与分析

Current Situation of Drug Return in Emergency Department of Jing'an District Central Hospital of Shanghai

目的:分析笔者所在的上海市静安区中心医院急诊退药原因,减少或避免退药现象发生,保证患者安全用药。方法:抽查上海市静安区中心医院急诊2012年1-6月的164张退药处方,对退药原因进行分析,提出应对策略。结果:急诊药房退药主要由药品费用高或出现不良反应,医生处方不当,患者原因和其他几方面的原因引起。结论:应加强药物不良反应监测,提高医务工作者的责任心,普及用药知识,尽量减少退药现象的发生。

Objective： To analyze the reasons for prescription drug return at the emergency, to reduce or avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon and to ensure quick, safe and accurate medication in patients. Mothods： 164 withdrawn prescriptions of emergency from January to June in 2012 were selected, and the reasons of withdrawal were classified and analyzed. Coping strategies were then raised. Results： The main causes of the emergency drug return were expensive price, adverse reactions, doctor＇s improper prescription, patient＇s request and other reasons. Conclusion： To reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of drug return, the monitoring of adverse drug reactions should be strengthened. Medical staff＇s responsibility should be improved and medication knowledge should be updated.
