某三甲医院抗菌药物专项整治活动管理措施及效果分析

Analysis of Management Measures of Antibiotic Special Rectification and Its Effects in a Grade Three Hospital

目的:通过对本地区某三甲医院2011和2012年抗菌药物专项整治活动的管理措施进行介绍,对结果进行分析,评估专项整治活动的成效。方法:对某院2011年和2012年的门诊及住院患者抗菌药物使用率,抗菌药物使用强度,Ⅰ类切口手术预防使用抗菌药物比例和住院患者细菌培养送检率等指标的变化情况进行对比分析。结果:通过抗菌药物专项整治活动,该院抗菌药物临床应用各项指标显著改善。结论:该院抗菌药物专项整治活动管理措施有效。

Objective： To analyze the effect of antibiotic special rectification between 2011 and 2012. Method： Indexes of outpatient and inpatient antimicrobial usage including DDDs of antibiotics, prophylactic utilization ratio of antibiotics in type I incision surgery and bacterial culture in hospitalized patients were compared between 2011 and 2012. Rosults： Through antibiotic special rectification, indexes of antibiotic usage showed a significant improvement. Conclusion： Significant effects of antibiotics special rectification in the hospital were showed.
