摘要
目的 :考察芹灵冲剂在常温和高温、高湿环境下的稳定性。方法 :从高温高热 ,恒温恒湿 ,留样考察 3个方面 ,研究了芹灵冲剂的质量稳定性 ,用硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮含量。结果 :常温下放置 2年 ,芹灵冲剂质量检查和卫生检查结果符合标准 ,恒温恒湿放置 3个月 ,产品黄酮含量未降低。高温加速实验结果显示 ,在 90~ 12 0℃范围内 ,随着温度的升高 ,黄酮含量下降 ,t(2 5℃ ) 0 .9 =3 .72 (a)。结论 :芹灵冲剂在
Aim To study the stability of Qinling Granules (QG).Methods The stability of QG under three conditions is studied in high temperature (from 90 to 120℃),in stalole relative humidity of 75% for 3 months,and in room temperature for 2 years.The content of total flavone of QG was determ ined by spectrophotometry.Results QG was stable at room temperature within 2 years.The content of total flavone of QG was reduced at high temperature,t (25℃) 0.9 =3.72(a).Conclusion:QG was stable at room temperature within 2 years.
