江苏省中药资源产业化过程协同创新中心建设思路与目标体系

Construction Review and Goal System of Collaborative Innovation Center of Chinese Medicinal Material Resources Industrialization of Jiangsu Province

中药资源是国家战略资源,是中医药事业发展的物质基础。中药资源产业的健康可持续发展,有利于优化中药农业-中药工业-中药商业等相关领域的产业结构,有利于提升资源利用效率达到节约资源、保护环境的目的,有利于保障医疗卫生体制改革、提高民众生活质量及健康水平,具有重大的社会-经济-生态综合效益。"江苏省中药资源产业化过程协同创新中心"通过集聚行业内优势资源和紧密合作,有利于大学/科研院所研究目标向延伸资源产业链和提升资源利用效率聚焦;有利于大学科研成果反哺教学,将科技成果转化为教学内容,提升教学质量,实现协同育人的目的。本文论述、规划"江苏省中药资源产业化过程协同创新中心"的建设背景、思路、目标、任务等,通过中药资源产业化过程协同创新战略联盟的构建,实现多学科互补交融,为中药行业及生物医药产业发展提供有效支撑,为区域性社会经济发展注入强劲活力,为该领域的人才培养-学科建设-科学研究提供示范和引领。

Chinese medicinal material （CMM） resources, as the strategic resource of China, are the foundation of the Chinese Medicine development. The healthy and sustainable development of CMM resource industrialization helps to optimize industrial structure of agriculture, industrial, and business of Chinese medicine; helps to enhance the efficiency of resources utilization and achieve conservation of resources, and protect environment; helps to protect the health care system reform and improve the quality of people life and health level; which possess significant benefits to social, economy, and ecology. The Medicinal Resources Industrialization in Jiangsu Province cooperate closely. The construction achievements would be construction of Collaborative Innovation Center of Chinese will carry out through grouping superiority resources and good for focusing on the extension of industrial chain and improve the efficiency of resources utilization, benefit for the research results feedback the teaching and transform the scientific and technological achievements into the teaching content to improve the teaching quality and collaborative education. The construction of Collaborative Innovation Center of Chinese Medicinal Resources Industrialization will achieve the multidisciplinary complementary fusion and increase the strong vitality for the regional social and economic development, provide demonstration and guidance for talents training, disciplines construction, and scientific research.
