摘要 目的:建立近红外光谱对真伪龙齿的快速识别方法。方法:采用近红外光谱法对真伪龙齿进行化学成分分析,在此基础上探索建立近红外光谱聚类分析模型,并验证模型的准确性。结果:在红外光谱区真伪龙齿都有其特征吸收峰,且伪品龙齿具有更多的峰信息;在此基础上成功建立了近红外光谱聚类分析模型。结论:红外光谱法可以作为验证龙齿化学成分的一种方法,而利用近红外光谱法建立相应的模型可以快速准确地鉴别真伪龙齿。 Objective: To establish a rapid near-infrared spectroscopy identification method for Dens Draconis and its adulterants. Methods: Analyzed the Chemical composition of Dens Draconis and its adulterant by IR, established near-infrared spectral clustering analysis model. The accuracy of the model was verified. Results: Dens Draconis and its adulterant had different characteristic absorption peaks in the infrared spectral region, and the adulterants had more peaks information. On this basis, the near-infrared spectral clustering model was established successfully. Conclusion: IR is suitable to verify chemical composition of Dens Draconis. Dens Draconis and its adulterants could be quickly and accurately identified by the near-infrared spectral clustering analysis model.
