火麻仁酶解发酵液增强小鼠抗缺氧能力的研究

摘要 目的探讨火麻仁酶解发酵液对小鼠抗缺氧能力的影响。方法将小鼠按体重随机分为3组,即对照组、高剂量组【2.6g/(kg·d)-1】和低剂量组[1.3g/(kg·d)-1】。小鼠每天按0.1mL/10g灌胃给药,连续4周后,测定小鼠常压缺氧耐受时间、亚硝酸钠中毒存活时间、血红蛋白(Hb)含量。结果火麻仁酶解发酵液组小鼠较对照组小鼠耐缺氧时间显著延长,P〈O.05或P〈0.01,Hb的含量明显升高,P〈O.05。结论火麻仁酶解发酵液具有增强小鼠抗缺氧的应激能力。 Objective To explore effect of hempseed fermented liquid (HFL) to mice' s antihypoxic properties. Methods The mice were divided into three groups based on their respective weight, control group, high dosage group, and low dosage group. The two groups were given the dose of 2.6g/(kg.d)-1 and 1.3g/(kg.d)-1 once a day respectively for 4 weeks. The survival time of acute hypoxia and hemoglobin (Hb) content of blood were measured. Results Comparing with the control group, the hypoxia time of both groups which were given HFL was significantly extended and the Hb content was markedly higher. Conclusion HFL is considered being effective in increasing the antihypoxic time as well as the Hb content.
