集束化毒物清除治疗百草枯中毒的临床疗效评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析144例急性PQP患者的临床资料,研究集束化毒物清除治疗的临床疗效及对预后的影响。方法按治疗方法不同将其分为:常规治疗组42例,血液净化组59例,肠道净化组18例,集束化毒物清除组25例。观察第1、3、5、7d脏器功能改变及预后情况,比较脏器损伤程度、生存时间及病死率的差异。结果①血液净化组、肠道净化组脏器损伤程度、生存时间较常规治疗组好,集束化毒物清除组则明显优于其余三组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);血液净化组与肠道净化组比较,差异无显统计学意义(P〉0.05)。②四组间病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论集束化毒物清除治疗可保护PQP患者脏器功能,延长生存时间,但不能降低PQP患者总体病死率。 Objective Clinical data of 144 cases of acute PQP patients, research on the clinical curative effect of cluster toxic substances treatment and the influence of the prognosis. Methods According to the different treatment methods, it will be divided into conventional treatment group of 42 cases, blood purification group of 59 cases, intestinal canal purification group of 18 cases, Cluster clearance of toxic substances group of 25 cases.Observation of organ functions of patients in the first, third, fifth, seventh day, comparative of each viscera injury severity, survival time and mortality differences.Results(~)Blood purification group and intestinal canal purification group of viscera injury severity, survival time were better than the conventional treatment group, cluster clearance of toxic substances group were superior to the remaining three groups, and there' s significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ); blood purification group and intestinal canal purification group had no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). )Mortality rate between the four groups, and it' s no statistical difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Cluster clearance of toxic substances treatment can protecte PQP patients viscera function, prolong the survival time,can't reduce overall mortality in the PQP patients.
