从青少年健康认知看学校健康教育的完善 被引量:9

On Improvement of School Health Fomtion Based on Health Knowledge among Adolescents in Yunnan Province

摘要 目的 了解云南省青少年学生健康知识的知晓情况。方法 整群随机抽取 2 8所中学 3595名初高中生作家境及疾病和保健知识的调查。结果  3595名青少年对艾滋病的知晓率较高 ,对甲、乙型肝炎 ,结核病、慢性病及贫血预防措施也有一些知识。在知晓率方面重点中学学生优于非重点中学。城优于乡、高中优于初中、女生优于男生。且知晓率与家庭经济文化密切相关。结论 云南青少年在健康认知方面仍存在许多问题。应尽快编写针对性和实用性强的健康教育教材 ,加强农村师资培训 。 Objective To understand the health needs and health knowledge among students of primary and secondary schools in Yunnan Province Method A questionnaire survey was conducted among 3595 students from 28 middle schools in 8 prefectures, Yunnan Province, by random stratified cluster sampling to understand their health needs and knowledge about several diseases Results Most of the students know rather well about AIDS More than a half of them know about Tuberculosis, hepatitis, and NCD to a degree or slightly The knowledge rate is higher in key schools than in non-key schools, in senior middle school students than in junior middle school students, in female students than in male students, and in students from families with higher educational and economic levels than those from families with lower levels educationally and economically Conclusion There is a deficiency in knowledge about health issuues among adolescents in Yunnan Province Relevant health education is to be strengthened
