从青少年健康认知看学校健康教育的完善

On Improvement of School Health Fomtion Based on Health Knowledge among Adolescents in Yunnan Province

目的 了解云南省青少年学生健康知识的知晓情况。方法 整群随机抽取 2 8所中学 3595名初高中生作家境及疾病和保健知识的调查。结果 3595名青少年对艾滋病的知晓率较高 ,对甲、乙型肝炎 ,结核病、慢性病及贫血预防措施也有一些知识。在知晓率方面重点中学学生优于非重点中学。城优于乡、高中优于初中、女生优于男生。且知晓率与家庭经济文化密切相关。结论 云南青少年在健康认知方面仍存在许多问题。应尽快编写针对性和实用性强的健康教育教材 ,加强农村师资培训 。
