高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察

The curative effect of hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine on treating sudden deafness

目的 探讨提高突发性耳聋疗效的方法.方法 将突发性耳聋病例分为两组:高压氧联合常规药物治疗组30例,常规药物对照组28例.结果 临床总有效率分别为90%、46.4%,两组差异显著(P<0.005),治疗中未发生并发症.结论 高压氧联合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋可明显提高疗效,且具有较高的安全性.

ve To discuss the method of improving the curative effect on treating sudden deafness.Methods The patients of sudden deafness were divided into two groups. There were 30 patients in the hyperbaricoxygenation with normal medicine group, while other 28 patients in normal medicine group. Results The total ef-fective rate were 90% and 46. 4%. There was significant difference between two groups (P < 0.005). No side effectwas observed. Conclusion It shows that using hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine on treating suddendeafness can improve the curative effect and has high security.
