摘要
目的 探讨雷公藤多甙(T Ⅱ)对重症肌无力(MG)的免疫调节机制.方法 将52例MG患者随机分为TⅡ治疗组及非T Ⅱ治疗组,观察T Ⅱ治疗组和非T Ⅱ治疗组治疗前后及40例正常对照血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)水平.结果 T Ⅱ治疗组及非T Ⅱ治疗组治疗前血清sIL-2R水平较正常对照组明显升高;T Ⅱ治疗组治疗后血清sIL-2R水平较治疗前明显降低,而非T Ⅱ治疗组治疗前后血清sIL-2R水平则无显著性变化.结论 T Ⅱ治疗MG的免疫调节机制可能通过抑制sIL-2R产生而发挥.
ve To explore the immunol regulating mechanisms of tripterygiitotorum (T II) on myas-thenia gravis(MG). Methods In this study, 52 cases of MG patients was included and was divided into T II treatinggroup (28 cases) and not T H treating group(24 caBes) .The serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor(8IL-2R ) level8 of Tn treating group and not T II treating group befOre and after treatment were observated and compared with those ofcontrol group. Results The serum sIL-2R levels of T n treating group and not T ll treating group befOre treatmentwere much higher than those of controls group. There was a significant decrease in serum soIuble sIL-2R levels in T IItreating group after T II treatment. There was not significant variation in serum sIL-2R levels in not T II treatinggroup after treatment. Conclusions The immunol treatment role of T II on MG patients may be given play tO byinhibiting production of sIL-2R.
