摘要
目的探讨在护理研究生临床带教中应用PBL教学法的教学效果。方法于2010年8月至2012年8月随机抽取14名临床实习的护理学研究生分别作为实验组与对照组,对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用PBL(Problem-Based Learning)教学法,通过对比问卷调查、理论考试和技能考试评价教学效果。结果 PBL组问卷调查满意度、理论考试、技能考试评分均高于LBL组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL教学法优于LBL教学法,在护理研究生临床带教中取得了良好的教学效果,并且提高了护理研究生的综合能力,提高了临床护理教学质量。
Objective Discussing of the effection of PBL(Problem Basic Learning)in clinical training of nursing graduates. Methods Fourteen nursing graduates were randomly assigned into PBL group and LBL from 2010.8 to 2012.8. Effection of clinical training was evaluated by questionary, theory quiz and clinical skills test. Results The score of PBL group was significantly higher than that of LBL group (P〈0.05). Conclusion PBL is superior to LBL in achieving better consequences of nursing graduates educating. PBL improve the composite abilities of the graduates and is a useful pattern in nurse graduates education.
