脾虚证与免疫功能紊乱

Hypofunction of Spleen and Dysfunction of Immune System

对近十年的中医脾虚证与免疫之间的研究进行综述，发现脾虚证患者及动物模型均存在不同程度的非特异性免疫、细胞免疫功能低下，体液免疫功能紊乱，消化道局部免疫功能下降等异常。且针对目前研究中的问题，提出了相应的意见与建议。

Research on the relationship between hypofuncti on of spleen and dysfunction of immune system was reviewed during the past ten y ears.The result shows that both patients and animal models with hypofunction of sp leen have hypofunctions of cellular immunity,nonspecific immunity,erythrocyte-me d iated immunity,local immunity and disturbance of humoral immunity.Meanwhile,some suggestion and advice was offered according to the problems of the research on hypofunction of spleen.
