生肌膏治疗糖尿病足临床观察及分析

Chinical Observation and Analysis on the Using of Muscle-g rowth Ointment in Treatment of Diabetic Foot

采用中西医结合外用生肌膏治疗8例糖尿病足患者，并加以观察分析。结果8例中，临床治愈6例，与其他治疗方法比较，显示了生肌膏治疗的优点。结论：中西医结合外用生肌膏治疗糖尿病足，具有较好的疗效，为临床治疗糖尿病足提供了非手术治疗的方法。

Objective:To explore the treatment of diabetic f oot,which has been done by way of combining traditional Chinese medicine and sur gery.Methods:Muscle-growth ointment produced by our hospital is used to treat 8 cases of diabetic foot,and the process has been observed at the same time,finall y,the result is analyzed.Results:Of the 8 cases,6 cases have been cured,the othe rs have to quit and leave because of econmic problems.During the course,other ki nds of treatment were compared with it,at the end it shows its advantages.Conclu sion:Combined with surgery,muscle-growth ointmemt is swearde on the wound in ord er to treat diabetic foot,a good curative effect has been got.A kind of treatmen t of diabetic foot without operation has been provided for clinic.
