本文在总结了我国影子银行发展的范围、规模、基本特征等基础上,分析了我国影子银行形成的原因,客观指出了影子银行的积极作用及其潜在的风险,进而提出了规范和促进我国影子银行健康发展的政策建议。

This paper summarizes the current development of shadow banking in our country, analyzes its scope, scale and essential features, and then studies its causes of formation, shows objectively its positive effects and potential risks, and lastly makes some policy recommendations on how to regulate and promote the shadow banking development in China.
