垫臀屈髋位角度牵引治疗腰椎滑脱症

Treat Lumbar Spondylolisthesis by Traction under the Posture of Buttocks-Pabbing Hip Flexion

以垫臀屈髋位角度牵引为主治疗腰椎滑脱症41例，观察了治疗后病人主要临床症状改善程度及徒步行走距离情况。结果：优良率为68.30%，总有效率为92.69%。结论：采用本法治疗腰椎滑脱症，疗效确切，易于实施，且无痛苦，值得推广。

cases of patients suffering from lumbar spondylo listhesis have been treated mainly by traction under the posture of buttocks-pad ding hip flexion.Then improvemen extent of the main symptoms and walk distance were observed.The results show that the better rate is 68.30% and the total effective rate is 92.69%.So the method is effective,easy to operate,n o pain and deserved to be popularized.
