摘要
本文对平东电厂#6锅炉排烟温度偏高原因进行了认真分析,对#6炉空预器主要漏风点进行治理,及对燃烧和制粉系统进行优化调整后,#6炉排烟温度由122℃左右下降至111℃左右,锅炉排烟损失减少了0.8%。
In this paper,high temperature discharge of No.6 boiler in Pingdong power plant is analyzed. After main air leakage in air preheater of the boiler is rectified and combustion and pulverizing systems are optimized,exhausting temperature of the boiler drops from about 122℃ to 111 ℃ and stack loss is reduced by 0.8%.
