摘要
对煤炭企业当前面临的严峻形势进行了分析,介绍了在新形势下郑煤集团管理创新的对策,提出郑煤集团在强化安全生产、严控资金投入、调整产业结构力度、强化煤炭销售管控等方面的具体措施。
The paper analyzed the serious economic mode faced to the coal enterprises,introduced the countermeasures to the management innovation of Zhengzhou Coal Industry Group under the new situation and provided the certain measures of the coal enterprise in the enhanced safety production,serious controlled fund investment,adjustment of industrial structure,en hanced coal sales management and control,and other aspects.
