低渗性口服补液盐、锌剂联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察在低渗性口服补液盐、锌剂的基础上联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果。方法选择2010年8月~2011年12月永清县人民医院收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿188例,分为治疗组108例和对照组80例,两组在综合治疗基础上,对照组给予利巴韦林注射液治疗,治疗组给予低渗性口服补液盐、锌剂的基础上联合阿糖腺苷肌内注射治疗,观察两组在用药3 d内临床指标的改善情况,比较有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为96.30%(104/108),对照组总有效率为58.75%(47/80),两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(χ2=10.50,P<0.01)。治疗组在用药期间未见不良反应,对照组在治疗期间曾出现2例外周血粒细胞减少,停药后自愈。结论在低渗性口服补液盐、锌剂的基础上联合阿糖腺苷治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎短缩病程,有良好的疗效。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect on low permeability of oral rehydration salts and Zinc on the basis of joint Vidarabine in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 188 cases of infantile rotavirus enteritis from August 2010 to December 2011 were divided into treatment group with 108 cases and control group with 80 cases,two groups were treated with the basis of the comprehensive treatment,the control group was given Ribavirin injection treatment,the treatment group was given low permeability basic oral rehydration salts,Zinc combined Vidarabine muscle injection treatment,the improvement of clinical indexes in 3 days between the two groups were observed,the treatment efficiency was compared. Results Total effective rate in treatment group was 96.30%(104/108),the total effective rate in control group was 58.75%(47/80),the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 10.50,P 〈0.01). No untoward effect was found during the drug treatment in treatment group,2 cases of peripheral blood granulocytopenia during the drug treatment in control group and self-healing was found after discontinuation. Conclusion Low permeability of oral rehydration salts,Zinc combined with Vidarabine therapy in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis can shorten the course of disease,and has a good therapeutic effect.
