摘要
通过分析弧齿锥齿轮加工原理、机床的结构和运动关系,对普通机械式铣齿机进行了二轴国产数控系统改造。完成了数控系统的可编程控制器PLC的二次开发,通过可编程控制器实现了液压系统手动与自动控制,重新设计了工作台液压进给系统;开发了弧齿锥齿轮数控加工的交互界面,最后进行了切齿试验。
By analysis of the spiral bevel gears generating,and the structure and montion relationship of machine-tool,the ordinary mechanical machine-tool was reformed for the two-axis domestic numerical control system. The hydraulic system manual and automatic control by the secondary development of programmable controller of NC system and the redesign of the table hydraulic feed system were realized. Then,the interactive interface of spiral bevel gear NC generating was developed. Finally,the test of the NC milling spiral bevel gears on the innovated machine-tool was done.
