摘要
为提高给水泵汽轮机的经济性,基于VB编程及Matlab优化,通过现场采集的给水泵汽轮机运行数据,采用热平衡方法及火用方法对给水泵汽轮机进行了分析。根据能量守恒原理和火用平衡方法计算出小汽轮机的热效率、火用效率以及泵组热效率,得出机组在不同转速下运行时,给水泵汽轮机的效率与转速之间的定性关系。对实测数据和计算数据进行了误差分析,证明了该计算方法的正确性,且得出给水泵汽轮机热效率最高时小汽轮机的入口压力。
In order to improve the efficiency of feed pump turbine,the feed pump turbine was analyzed based on heat balance method and exergy method through the feed pump turbine operating data. This paper calculated the thermal efficiency,the exergy efficiency of the feed pump turbine,and the qualitative relationship between the efficiency and speed of the feed pump turbine in different rotate speed of the units according to the principle of conservation of energy and exergy balance method. The results prove the correctness of the calculation method by comparing the measured data with the calculated data. And the small turbine inlet pressure was calculated when the feed pump turbine thermal efficiency was the highest.
