摘要
简要分析介质阻挡放电(DBD)型臭氧发生器逆变电路的基本原理,逆变电路采用全桥移相PWM控制技术,DBD型臭氧发生器负载电路存在充电和放电两种模态,电源模态与电路模态相互作用使电路的工作模态复杂。本文在分析容性控制下全桥串联负载谐振式DBD型臭氧发生器供电电路的基础上,得到逆变电路在容性状况下的动态电气特性,基于逆变器输出电流接近正弦波这一特性,提出了DBD型臭氧发生器基波等效电路分析方法。通过Matlab/Simulink建立了仿真模型,与理论结果进行对比分析,仿真结果和理论分析结果验证了用基波等效电路设计臭氧发生器供电电源的可行性,为设计高效率的DBD型臭氧发生器逆变电源提供了理论基础。
This paper analysed the basic principle of inverter power supply of dielectric barrier discharge( DBD) ozone generator. Inverter circuit adopted full bridge phase shift PWM control technology. There had two modal of charging and discharging. In the load circuit of DBD ozone generator,the interaction of power supply and modal modes made the circuit work modal very complex. Based on the analysis of capacitive type control of full bridge serial load resonant DBD ozone generator power supply circuit,the dynamic electric property was got under the inverter circuit with a capacitive condition. Therefore,a kind of the fundamental wave equivalent circuit analysis method of DBD type ozone generator was proposed according to the properties that inverter output current is close to sine wave. The matlab / simulink simulation model was established compared with the theoretical results. The results verify feasibility of the wave equivalent circuit which provides basic theory for designing DBD ozone generator inverter power supply with high efficiency.
