摘要
系统地介绍了天中直流工程的基本情况,以及投产后对西北电网物理结构、调管关系、运作模式的综合影响,探索建立基于网-省两级横向考核及国-网-省三级纵向协调的西北电网运行控制模式,提出"天中直流外控制区"、"新疆电网内控制区"、"西北主网控制区"三大控制区划分思路,结合西北电网调度现状剖析各自的边界条件和判据关系,对比了2种基本控制协调模式的优劣,得出融合2种模式优点的最佳方案。
This paper systematically introduces the basic conditions of Tianzhong DC Project and its comprehensive effects on the physical structure, dispatching and control mode and operation mode of the Northwest China Power Grid after it is put into operation. The paper explores possibilities of establish ment of the new operation and control mode of the grid based on the horizontal assessment between the regional grid and provincial grids and the vertical coordination of the state, regional and provincial layers, and proposes ideas of dividing the service area into Tianzhong DC Control Area, Xinjiang Control Area and Northwest Main Grid Control Area and analyzes their boundary conditions and criterion based on the current scheduling status of the grid. Furthermore, advantages and disadvantages of the two basic control and coordination modes are compared and the best solution with advantages of the two modes is obtained.
