Influencing factors of prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage

脑出血是危及人类生命和生存质量的严重疾病,虽然发病率低于缺血性卒中,但其病死率及致残率较高,预后较差,给家庭和社会造成了巨大负担。因此,准确预测预后对指导治疗及康复方案具有重要意义,有许多因素可以影响脑出血的预后,现将临床中常见的影响脑出血预后的有关因素做一综述。

Intracerebral hemorrhage is a serious disease which is threatening human life and survival quality. The in- cidence of intracerebral hemorrhage is lower than that of ischemic stroke, while the mortality and the morbidity are higher and the prognosis is poorer, which brings a huge burden to our families and society. Therefore, perfect predict- ing prognosis is of great significance to guiding the treatment and rehabilitation program. There are many factors that can affect the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage. This article is going to summarize the common influencing factors of intracerebral hemorrhage in clinical practice.
