摘要
目的对中药野艾的药用价值进行研究,主要对其挥发物进行抑菌活性研究及化学成分进行分离鉴定,进而为野艾的药用价值寻找依据。方法①采用超临界二氧化碳(CO2)萃取法提取野艾的挥发油,然后测定挥发油对于革兰阳性菌、革兰阴性菌和真菌的杀菌抑制作用;②使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对挥发油进行化学成分分离鉴定。结果①挥发油对革兰阳性菌杀菌效果较好,对真菌的效果一般,对3种革兰阴性菌无杀菌活性;②分离鉴定出39种成分,野艾挥发油主要成分是蒿酮(15.47%)、蒿醇(9.55%)、顺式丁香烯(8.85%)、艾醇(7.28%)和桉叶素(6.78%)等。结论挥发油对所测试的菌落有很好抑制作用,对革兰阳性菌有很好的杀菌作用。
Objective To study medicinal value of TCM mugwort, mainly refer to the volatiles study of antibacterial ac- tivity and chemical composition of isolation, identification and basis for mugwort medicinal value. Methods ①Super- critical fluid extraction method was used to extract the volatile oil of mugwort, and determination of volatile oil in gram-positive bacteria and gram-negative bacteria and fungi bactericidal inhibitory effect; ②gas chromatography - mass spectrometry instrument was used to identify chemical separation of the volatile oil. Results ③The essential oil of gram positive bacteria sterilization effect was good, but to the fungus, the effect was general, and had no bactericidal activity for the three kinds of gram-negative bacteria; ④39 species composition were separated and identified, mugwort naphtha were mostly artemisia alcohol of 15.47%, artemisia ketone of 9.55%, cis clove ene of 8.85%, ai alcohol of 7.28% and eucalyptus evvh of 6.78%, etc.. Conclusion The essential oil has a good inhibitory effect on the colony test, and has a good bactericidal effect on gram-positive bacteria.
