心率变异性检测对2型糖尿病早期自主神经病变的诊断价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨心率变异性检测对2型糖尿病患者早期自主神经病变的诊断价值。方法采用病例对照研究,2型糖尿病患者50例,正常对照组40例,进行24 h、白天与夜间心率变异长程时域检测。结果糖尿病组的24 h SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);糖尿病组白天与夜间的SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组夜间的SDNN、RMSSD、PNN50明显高于白天,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心率变异性检测对早期诊断和预测2型糖尿病患者是否伴有自主神经病变有重要的临床意义。 Objective To explore diagnostic value of heart rate variability measurement for type 2 diabetic patients with early autonomic neuropathy.Methods Case control study was applied in the survey.50 patients with type 2 diabetes and 40 healthy individuals in the control group were selected and given 24-hour, daytime and nighttime long-term heart rate variability measurements:Results SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 of the diabetic patients given 24-hour measurement were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistical difference (P〈0.05).SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 of the diabetic patients given daytime and nighttime measurements had no statistical significance difference (P〉0.05). SDNN,RMSSD and PNN50 of nighttime measurement were significantly higher than that of daytime measurement in the control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Heart rate variability measurement has great clinical signif- icance to early diagnose and predict the diabetic patients with autonomic neuropathy.
