急诊洗胃抢救有机磷农药中毒患者的效果分析

Effect analysis of emergency gastric lavage in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的评价急诊洗胃抢救有机磷农药中毒患者的临床价值。方法选取本科2012年3月～2013年6月收治的有机磷农药中毒患者40例，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组20例采取逐渐增加洗胃液剂量的方法救治．对照组20例采取电动洗胃器洗胃，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组死亡率、呼吸衰竭发生率明显低于对照组，观察组平均住院时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组阿托品用量明显少于对照组。观察组胆碱酯酶恢复至正常值50％所用时间明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用逐渐增加洗胃液剂量的方法救治有机磷农药中毒患者，其疗效好、住院时间短，患者康复快，值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate clinical value of emergency gastric lavage in the treatment of patients with organophos- phorus pesticide poisoning.Methods 40 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in our hospital from March 2012 to June 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 patients of observation group were treated with gradually increase the dose lavage method and 20 patients of control group were treated with electric gastric lavage for gastric lavage.The clinical effect in two groups was compared.Results The mortality rate,respiratory failure incidence rate of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,and the average hospital- ization time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. The dosage of atropine in observation group was less than than in control group and time of cholinesterase restored to 50% of normal in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Emergency gastric lavage in the treatment of patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning has good efficacy,shorter hospital stay,and the patient recovered quickly.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
