摘要
目的探讨改良B—Lynch缝合术治疗难治性产后出血的临床效果。方法选择2010年6月～2012年11月本院产科收治的60例难治性产后出血患者为研究对象，采用改良B—Lynch缝合术治疗患者作为观察组（36例），采用宫腔填塞纱布术治疗患者作为对照组（24例），分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组术中出血量为（1112．2±321．5）ml、术后48h出血量为（135．6±60．1）ml，均明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组产褥病发病率为0．00％、二次手术率为5．56％，均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良B—Lynch缝合术对难治性产后出血的疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 60 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from June 2010 to November 2012 as research object.Patients were treated with modified B-Lynch suture as observation group（36）and pa- tients were treated with uterine packing gauze surgical as control group （24）.The clinical effect of two groups were anal- ysed.Results Intraoperative blood loss and 48 hours after surgery blood loss of observation group was（1112.2＋321.5） ml and （135.6＋60.1） ml respectively,significantly less than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Puerperal morbidity rate and reoperation rate of observation group was 0.00% and 5.56% respectively,significantly lower than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage is better,it is worthy of clinical application.
