鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的效果及生存质量调查

Effect and quality of life survey of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment for chronic rhinitis-sinusitis

目的调查鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的效果及生存质量的影响。方法慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者60例根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例,对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜下手术治疗,对比两组预后疗效与生存质量情况。结果观察组的治愈率与总有效率分别为66.7%和96.7%,对照组的治愈率与总有效率分别为50.0%和80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前敌对、焦虑、精神病性、恐怖和偏执评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均明显下降,且观察组下降明显明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用鼻内镜下手术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者能提高治疗效果,明显改善患者的生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate effect and quality of life influence of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment for chronic rhinitis-sinusitis.nethods 60 cases with chronic rhinitis-sinusitis were divided into control group and observa- tion group,30 patients in each group.Control group was treated with drug and observation group was treated with endo- scopic surgery.Treatment efficacy and quality of life of two groups were compared.Results The cure rate and effective rate of observation group was 66.7% and 96.7% respectively,the cure rate and effective rate of control group was 50.0 % and 80.0% respectively,with statistical difference （P〈O.OS）.Hostility,anxiety,psychosis,terror and par^inoia scores of two groups before treatment had no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.Hostility,anxiety,psychosis,terror and paranoia scores of two groups after treatment significantly decreased than before treatment,and observation group decreased significantly than control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Endoscopic surgery in the treatment for chronic rhini- tis-sinusitiscan improve the therapeutic effect and significantly improve patients＇ quality of life,it is worthy of wide ap- plication.
