自体脂肪组织在鼓膜穿孔修补中的疗效观察

Effect observation of autologous adipose tissue in the tympanic membrane perforation repair

目的观察自体脂肪组织在鼓膜穿孔修补中的临床疗效。方法将2011年6月～2013年1月本院收治的以自体脂肪组织修补方式进行治疗的44例（46耳）鼓膜穿孔患者作为观察组，将收治的采用常规鼓膜修补方法治疗的44例（46耳）鼓膜穿孔患者作为对照组，比较两组不同程度鼓膜穿孔患者的总有效率、愈合时间及不良情况发生率。结果观察组小及中、大穿孔患者的总有效率分别为100．00％、94．44％，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组小及中、大穿孔患者的愈合时间为（12.37±1．45）、（20．76±2．89）d，均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组不良情况发生率为2．17％，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论自体脂肪组织在鼓膜穿孔修补中的临床疗效较佳，可有效缩短愈合时间及降低不良情况发生率。

Objective To investigate clinical effect of autologous adipose tissue in the tympanic membrane perforation repair.Methods 44 cases （46 ears）with tympanic membrane perforation patients in our hospital from June 2011 to Jan- uary 2013 were treated with autologous adipose tissue as observation group,44 cases（46 ears） were treated with routine tympanic membrane perforation treatment as contro] group.Total effective rate,healing time of different size of perfora- tion and the incidence rate of adverse circumstance in two groups were compared.Results Total effective rate of obser- vation group with small and middle perforation,large perforation was 100,00% and 94.44% respectively,higher than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Healing time of observation group with small and middle perforation, large perforation was （12.37±1.45）and （20.76±2.89） days respectively,shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse circumstance of observation group was 2.17%,lower than that of con- trol group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical effect of autologous adipose tissue in the tympanic membrane perforation repair is better.It can effectively shorten healing time and decrease the incidence rate of adverse circumstance.
