腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果比较

Clinical curative effect comparison of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的对比分析腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年11月～2012年12月收治的86例卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料进行研究分析，并按患者住院尾号分为治疗组（43例）和对照组（43例），其中，治疗组患者采用腹腔镜方法进行治疗，对照组患者采用开腹手术进行治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后发热率、镇痛泵使用率、术后通气时间、下床时间以及白细胞恢复时间等与对照组比较。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论与开腹手术相比，腹腔镜具有创伤小、手术时间短、出血少及住院时间短等优点，值得在治疗卵巢囊肿的临床上推广应用。

Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Methods The clinical data of 86 cases of patients with ovarian cyst,who were treated in our hospital from November 2010 to December 2012 were surveyed and analyzed.According to admission tail number of pa- tients,they were divided into treatment group （43 cases） and control group （43 cases）.Patients in treatment group were treated with laparoscopic surgery,and patients in control group were treated with open operation.The therapeutic effect of patients in two groups was compared.Results Comparison of therapeutic efficacy between two groups showed signifi- cant difference on operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative fever rate,usage rate of analgesia pump,postop- erative ventilation time,time of getting out of bed,and recovery time of leukocyte etc.The difference was statistically sig- nificant （P〈O.05）.Conclusion Compared to open surgery,laparoscopic surgery has several advantages,such as small trau- ma,shorter operation time,less bleeding and short length of stay,etc.So it is worthy of clinical popularization and applica- tion in the treatment of ovarian cysts.
