右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉患者的镇静及全身麻醉药物的节俭作用 被引量:23

摘要 目的探讨右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉患者的镇静及全身麻醉药物的节俭作用。方法对本院2012年2月~2013年1月收治的全身麻醉患者的临床治疗病例进行抽样,将40例全身麻醉患者按照抽签法随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各20例。对照组采用氯化钠注射液静脉注射治疗,然后使用丙泊酚进行全身麻醉诱导,观察组采用右美托咪定注射液静脉注射治疗。结果两组全身麻醉患者经过镇静治疗后的镇静效果及全身麻醉药物的使用情况差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论全身麻醉患者采用右美托咪定辅助全身麻醉的镇静及全身麻醉药物的使用量明显低于传统镇静治疗药物的使用情况,具有显著的节俭作用,能够有效缓解全身麻醉患者的痛苦。值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the role of dexmedetomidine in assisting the sedation of general anesthesia patients and its frugal effect on general anesthetics. Methods The clinical medical records of general anesthesia patients admit- ted to our hospital from February 2012 to January 2013 were sampled. Forty selected general anesthesia patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group by drawing lots,with 20 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received the intravenous injection of sodium chloride,then used propofol for induction of general anesthesia,while patients in the observation group received the intravenous injection of Dexmedetomidine. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in the sedative effect and in the usage of general anesthetics after sedation treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion General anesthesia patients using dexmedetomidine to assist sedation had better sedative effect and significantly lower usage amount of general anesthetics compared with those using traditional sedative drugs.Dexmedetomidine had a significant frugal effect and could effectively relieve the pain of the patients, thereby worthy of clinical promotion and application.
