膝关节骨挫伤及隐匿性骨折的低场MRI诊断

Low field MRI diagnosis of bone contusion and occult fracture of knee joint

目的评估低场MRI对膝关节隐匿性损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经临床和手术证实、X线和CT检查未见异常的86例膝关节外伤患者的低场MRI的相关影像学表现。结果 86例中骨挫伤61例,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI和STIR则呈高信号;隐匿性骨折25例,T1WI呈略低信号,T2WI呈略高信号,STIR则呈清晰高信号。结论低场MRI能准确显示膝关节外伤的病变特点和严重程度,可避免误诊和漏诊,MRI是膝关节外伤后的最佳检查方法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of low field MRI on occult injury of knee joint. Methods The related imaging manifestations of low field MRI in 86 patients with knee joint injury confirmed by clinic and operation but had no abnormalities in X-ray and CT examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 86 patients,61 cases were bone contusion,and it showed low signal on TIWI while it showed high signal on T2WI and STIR;25 cases were occult fracture,and it showed slightly lower signal on T1WI while it showed slightly higher signal on T2WI and it showed clear and high signal on STIR. Conclusion Low field MRI can accurately show the pathological characteristics and severity of knee joint injury and it can avoid the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,MRI is the best inspection method for knee injury.
