2013年弥勒市健康人群麻疹抗体水平监测结果分析

Monitoring results analysis of measles antibody level in healthy people in Mile city in 2013

目的了解弥勒市健康人群麻疹抗体水平,及时发现工作薄弱地区和免疫空白人群,为控制和消除麻疹工作提供依据。方法按照《云南省麻疹等疫苗针对疾病人群抗体水平监测实施方案》,同时采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对弥勒市健康人群进行麻疹抗体滴度定量检测,并采用描述性方法进行分析。结果 2013年弥勒市人群中麻疹抗体阳性率为97.15%(409/421),麻疹免疫史率为59.86%(252/421)。结论弥勒市调查地区从总体上形成了麻疹的免疫屏障,但人群麻疹免疫史率低,应将此作为下一步工作的重点,并采取相应的有效措施,确保适龄儿童麻疹疫苗免疫2剂次率>95%。

Objective To investigate the level of measles antibody in healthy people in Mile city and detect the population without vaccination and weak areas,in order to provide guidance to the control and elimination of measles. Methods Quantitative detection of measles antibody titer for the healthy people of Mile city was taken by using ELISA according to The program of monitoring the patients＇ level of measles antibody in Yunnan province, and the resuhs was analyzed by descriptive method. Results The positive rate and the immunization rate of measles antibody in healthy people of Mile clty was 97.15%（409/421） and 59.86%（252/421） respectively. Conclusion There is an immunity barrier against measles virus in the area of Mile city on the whole,but the immunization history rate of measles antibody is low, which should be focused in the next step of work,and appropriate measures should be taken to ensure that the eligible children whom receive two doses of measles vaccine exceed 95%.
