急诊救治突发性脑出血的临床分析

Clinical analysis of emergency treatment in paroxysmal cerebral hemorrhage

目的分析急诊救治突发性脑出血的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的突发性脑出血患者280例,依照发病至急救时间的差异将其分成<15 min组与≥15 min组,每组各140例,并将所选患者通过改良后的早期预警系统进行评分,比较两组患者的预后,以及在急诊救治后患者的出血量、并发症发生率、病死率以及不同早期预警评分患者的死亡率等相关指标。结果两组患者在出血量、病死率、早期预警评分以及不同早期预警评分患者的死亡率等方面,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抢救时间对患者预后及生存率均有重要影响,急诊救治时要及时掌握患者病情,以赢得治疗时间。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of emergency treatment in paroxysmal cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 280 patients with paroxysmal cerebral hemorrhage admitted into our hospital were selected,according to time between attack and emergency treatment,they were equally divided into 〈15 rain group and ≥ 15 min group,with each group were 140 cases.All patients were scored by improved early warning system in order to make comparisons between the two groups by indexes of prognosis,amount of bleeding after emergency treatment,incidence of complication,fatality rate and mortality at different early warning scores. Results There were statistical differences in amount of bleeding,fa- tality rate,early warning scores and mortalities at different early warning scores between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rescue time is of great importance on patient＇s prognosis and survival rate.It is necessary to master patient＇s condition in time on emergency treatment in order to get treatment time.
