不同孕周住院监护对妊娠糖尿病孕妇分娩结局的影响

Influence of different gestational age in hospital care of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus to delivery outcome

目的探讨不同孕周住院监护对妊娠糖尿病（GDM）孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法选取本院收治的48例GDM孕妇，按住院待产时孕周不同随机分为A组28例（孕〉34～38周）和B组20例（孕≤34周），均给予相同的住院监护。比较两组孕妇监护前后的血糖变化、分娩结局和围生儿情况。结果两组孕妇监护后血糖水平较监护前降低，且B组降低程度比A组明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。B组分娩结局和围生儿情况均优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对GDM孕妇实行早期住院监护，可有效控制血糖，减少并发症的发生，获得良好的分娩结局。

Objective To investigate Influence of different gestational age in hospital care of pregnant women with ges- rational diabetes mellitus （GDM）to delivery outcome.Methods 48 cases of GDM pregnant women in our hospital were randomly divided into A group （28 cases, pregnant 〉34-38 weeks）and B group （20 cases,pregnant ≤34 weeks）.Two groups were given the same inpatient care.The blood glucose before and after care,child birth outcomes and perinatal condition of two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose of two groups after care was significantly lower than before care,the degree of reduction in B group was significantly more than that in A group,with statistical difference（P〈 0.05）.Delivery outcome and perinatal condition of B group were significantly better than that of A group,with statistical difference （P〈O.OS）.Conclusion Early hospital care in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can control blood glucose effectively,reduce complication and get good delivery outcome.
