摘要
以河南省洛阳市为例,采用灰色线性规划模型,从社会、经济和生态三个方面对洛阳市的土地利用结构进行优化,利用Matlab软件求解得到三种优化配置方案。在充分考虑社会经济与生态效益的基础上,建立土地利用结构指标优化体系,使用灰色关联择优方法对三种方案进行选择,得到最优方案。
Taking Henan Luoyang city as an example, applying grey linear programming model, the paper optimizes Luoyang city land utilization structure from three aspects of society, economy and ecology, and obtains three optimal distribution schemes with Matlab software. On the basis of full consideration of social and economic benefits, it establishes optimal system of land utilization structure index, selects three schemes with grey connection selection method, and finally selects the optimal scheme.
