DDC桩法在盐渍土地区楼房地基处理中的应用

Application of DDC pile method in building foundation treatment of saline soil region

针对盐渍土地区的工程特性,采用DDC桩法处理湿陷、松胀性盐渍土地基,并对施工工艺方案进行了分析,施工结果表明,DDC桩法能消除盐渍土地区的湿陷性,同时又能够提高地基的承载力及复合特性,是一种有效的地基处理方法,在盐渍土地区地基处理中应用DDC桩法具有可行性和实用性。

In light of the engineering features of saline soil region, the paper applies DDC pile method to dealing with collapsible and expansive saline soil foundation, and analyzes the construction technology scheme. Construction results show that： DDC pile method can demolish the collapsibility of saline soil region and improve foundation bearing capacity and composite features. Thus, it is an effective foundation treatment method. That is to say, it is feasible and applicable to apply DDC pile method in saline region foundation treatment.
