摘要
利用公式对钢塑复合管与钢管的沿程阻力系数及单长沿程阻力损失进行了计算,通过分析得出阿里特苏里公式适合钢塑复合管水力计算,指出在内径、流量、比摩阻一定的情况下,钢塑复合管与钢管相比,输送能耗可减小一半,输送能力可增加34.2%~54.3%。
This paper ealeulated the frictional resistance eoeffieient of steel plastic composite pipe and the single long frictional resistance loss using the formula, through the analysis gained the Alite Soviet formula suitable for steel plastic composite pipe hydraulie calculation, pointed out that under the situation of speeifie diameter, flow, frictional resistance, compared with steel plastic composite pipe and steel pipe, the transport energy consumption reduced by half, the conveying capacity could be increased by 34.2% - 54.3%.
