A study on inner-international trade of multi-national corporations (MNCs) and its structure

20世纪后半期以来，跨国公司的直接投资及其体系内部国际贸易，对国际分工与世界经济联系产生深刻影响。跨国公司内部国际贸易，体现了跨国公司对世界贸易的有意识的组织、协调和控制作用。本文着重探讨跨国公司内部国际贸易的发展及其结构变化，以揭示跨国公司内部国际贸易的性质及在现代国际分工与现代世界贸易联系中所发挥的重要作用。

Since the last half of the 20th century, it was the MNCs' foreign direct investments and its inner-international trade that had profound impacts on the international division and world's economic relationship. The inner-international trade of MNCs shows that they organize, ordinate and control international trade intentionally. This paper emphasizes on the development of inner-international trade of MNCs and changes of its structure in order to reveal the characteristics of inner-international trade of MNCs and its role in international division and world's economic relationship.
