基于可靠度理论的水闸使用性能评估

摘要 为了更加科学的判断水闸的使用性能,及时发现其安全隐患,杜绝危险作业的发生,从工程实际出发,依据水闸的结构特点和功能,从闸基的抗渗稳定性与闸室的结构稳定性两个主要方面建立水闸安全性分析的功能函数或失效模式,并运用结构可靠性理论计算其可靠指标或失效概率,并以此为依据,对水闸的使用性能作出科学的评估。最后以某引黄灌区排水闸的抗滑稳定为例,按JC法进行可靠度的计算,评估结果表明这种方法具有实际的应用价值。 In order to more scientific judgment sluices performance and timely detection of its safety hazards. According to engineering practice, this paper assessmented sluice' s reliability from stability of impermeability and structural stability chamber and calculated the reliability index or failure probability with sluice' s structural features and functions. And according to the result, it provided a scientific assessment to the service performance of the building. At last, it talced aqueduct in HuangNan' s sluice as a background to analysis, to calculate the reliability as JC method. The result shows that this method has practical applications.
