南水北调中线易县段弃渣场及永久征地利用研究

通过对南水北调中线干线易县段工程概况、弃渣场、永久征地自然环境的分析,提出了随着南水北调中线京石段临时通水试运行弃渣场、永久征地水土保持综合利用措施,对控制水土流失、恢复及改善生态环境、保障南水北调中线通水运行将起到积极的作用。

In this paper, the writer puts forward a integrated measure, commissioning debris field and permanent land utilization while the temporary water transferring in middle route from Beijing to Shijiazhuang, through the analysis of debris field, permanent land acquisition of the natural environment in Yixian section in south-to-north water diversion project. This measure will play a positive role in controlling soil and water loss, restoration and improvement of the ecological environment and safeguarding the water running through the middle route.
