摘要
从承包商的角度阐述了施工合同风险管理的重要性,并从风险管理现状中分析存在的问题,结合实况提出加强风险管理的具体措施,从而有效防范风险,提升企业经济效益。
This paper elaborated the importance of risk management of construction contract from the contractor＇ s point of view, and analyzed the existing problems from the risk management status, combining with the actual situation proposed specific measures to strengthen the risk management, so as to effectively guard against the risk, enhanced the economic benefits of enterprises.
