论述陕西省成为西部经济开发“桥头堡”的优势，以及陕西省自身经济发展的不足，提出陕西经济提高的构想，以及成为西部发展“桥头堡”的战略思想。

This paper discuss the advantages of ShaanXi Province as the 'Bridge Head' in the course of economic exploitation of the west in China, and the \weakness of the province's economic development. It then put forward strategies that will lead ShaanXi Province to become the 'Bridge Head ' in the development of the West in China.
