钻石理论视角下的湖南信息产业发展现状及对策分析

Analysis on Development Status and Countermeasures of Hunan Information Industry from the Perspective of Diamond Theory

根据"波特"的钻石理论,从生产要素、需求条件、相关产业和支持产业的表现、企业的战略、结构和同行竞争对手、机遇和政府等6个方面分析了湖南信息产业发展状况,并提出了提高实施人才战略,完善"产学研"合作体系,提高企业的自主创新能力;建立风险投资机制,拓展融资渠道;实施需求拉动战略;调整产业结构,培育相关和支持产业,完善产业链;推进信息产业中介组织制度创新;创造良好的信息产业集群发展环境等一系列措施来促进湖南信息产业的发展。

According to ＂Potter＂ diamond theory, from 6 aspects of production factors, demand conditions, related and sup- porting industries performance, corporate strategy, structure and its competitors, opportunities and government, the development status of Hunan information industry is analyzed. A series of measures are proposed to promote the development of Hunan informa- tion industry, such as the implementation of talent strategy, perfecting the system of ＂research＂ cooperation, improving the capa- bility of independent innovation of enterprises ; establishing the risk investment mechanism, expanding financing channels ; the im- plementation of demand pull strategy; adjusting the industrial structure, developing related and supporting industries, improving the industry chain; promoting the information industry intermediary organization system innovation ; creating good environment for the development of information industry cluster.
