摘要
为促进体育教育专业本科毕业生尽快走出就业困境,对毕业生毕业前求职的认知及行为进行调研。结果显示:毕业前求职日渐成为毕业生的一致认识和主动行为,对于提高初次就业率具有不可低估的作用;但毕业生大多存在专业理论基础不扎实、实际应用能力不强、心理准备不足、求职主动性不够等问题。建议采取有效的措施,加强专业理论教学,全面拓展学生知识面,提升就业竞争力;引导学生采取主动策略,利用自身优势和一切可能的渠道,力争毕业前求职成功,为职业生涯打下坚实基础。
Graduate' s job wanted cognition and behavior before graduation is investigated so as to promote physical education undergraduates to get over employment difficulties as soon as possible. The results show that job before graduation has become u- nanimous cognition and active behavior for undergraduates, which has an underestimated influence on increasing initial employ- ment rate. However, problems exist such as lack of professional theoretical basis, lower practical application ability, inadequate psychological preparation and insufficient job initiative. We suggest taking effective measures to strengthen prefrontal theory teach- ing, comprehensivel expanding the scope of knowledge to promote employment competitiveness, and guiding students to take initia- tive strategies, making use of their advantages and all possible channels, working hard for successful job before graduation and lay- ing a solid foundation for their career.
