我国高校大学生心理健康教育,过于关注知识价值、教师理性权威与面向未来的教育,而忽视个体经验价值、学生的反思力量与面向当下的教育意义,以致心理健康教育遭遇瓶颈。"经验重构"对提升个体经验价值、彰显"以学生为中心"的理念、培养学生健全人格具有重要意义。可以通过提升学生的主体精神,丰富学生的个体经验以及加强"经验重构"的自我训练,提高大学生心理健康水平。

The psychological health education of college students in our country pays too much attention to the value of knowl- edge, teachers＂ rational authority and future-oriented education, and ignore individual experience value, students＇ reflection and the timeliness of education, so that mental health education encounters its bottlenecks. ＂Experience reconstruction＂ is significant to enhance the value of individual experience, highlight the concept of ＂student-centered＂ and cultivate the healthy personality of students. Through the promotion of student＇s main body spirit, enrich the students＇individual experience and strengthen ＂the ex- perience of reconstruction of＂ self training, so as to improve the students＇ psychological health level
