摘要
传统的基于人工视觉的矿井岩体裂缝的检测方法越来越不能适应矿井开采的实时、安全性要求,为满足这种要求,本文提出了一种基于图像处理的岩体裂缝自动检测方法,对岩体裂缝图像采用改进的方法进行预处理增强、分割、提取特征,最后再与原灰度图像对比识别出裂缝。系统采用VC++6.0开发,通过调用Opencv库中函数开发出了一套完整的岩体裂缝检测系统,由图像采集子系统和数据处理子系统组成。实验结果表明,该系统具有采集速度快,可移植性强并能很好的满足岩体动态裂缝识别的要求。
Traditional rock crack detection methods based on artificial vision can hardly fit the real-time, security requirements in mine exploiting increasingly. In order to meet the demands, this paper presents an automatic rock cracks detection method based on image processing, it enhances the rock crack image by using an improved method in image pre-processing,segmenting and extracting the feature of the image,and finally comparing with the original grayscale image to identify the crack.The whole system developed a complete set of rock crack detection system by using VC++6.0 and the library function of Opencv, which consists of an image processing subsystem and a data acquisition subsystem. Experimental results show that the system has fast acquisition speed, portability and can well meet the requirements of dynamic rock fracture identification.
