采用竞价比选方式租赁资源的博弈问题研究

国有企业进行资源开发时常用的竞价比选方式是一种典型的带有博弈特征的竞争性活动,本文在梳理几个规则调整的相关案例基础上,剖析了资源方与意向承租人、意向承租人彼此之间的决策行为模式,总结其中规律,提出对策建议。

The competitive selection form, commonly used by state-owned enterprises when developing resources, is a typical competitive activity with a feature of the Game. On the basis of several related cases with adjusted rules, this paper, by analyzing the mode of decision-making behaviors between the resource owner and the intended renter, and among the intended renters, summarizes the law, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
