摘要
本文首先从分析江西茶产业品牌整合中存在的问题入手,阐述了品牌整合的功效作用、产业整合和品牌整合的技术问题,其实质必须以产业整合为基础的观点。进而通过归纳、总结江西茶产业发展过程中的"TIBOPS"项目模式,创新提出基于茶产业发展的TIBOPS模式,作为江西茶产业整合的抓手和整合后的产业组织形态。最后,结合江西实际提出TIBOPS模式、具体的江西茶产业组织的投融操作路径。
This paper analyzes the problems of brand integration in Jiangxi tea industry, introducing the function and technical problems of industry and brand integration, and taking industry integration as essential. Then the paper concludes the model of "TIBOPS" project in the development of Jiangxi tea industry, indicating the breakthrough and organization formation in tea industry on the basis of "TIBOPS" model. Finally, according to this model, the paper describes a way of investment and financing for Jiangxi tea industry.
